Presentation Guidelines
The Liver Week 2026 provides authors with a chance to present their abstracts to a wider audience through oral and/or poster presentations. To ensure that instructions are shared effectively with all the presenting authors of the accepted abstracts, we encourage all presenters to review the following:
Oral Presenters [Plenary & Free Paper Presentation]
Location: Conrad Seoul, Korea
Date: June 12-13, 2026
How to Prepare the Oral Presentation
- For Oral Presentation, presenting authors use PowerPoint slides to accompany their oral presentation.
- All presenters will participate in a question and answer session after their presentations.
- Presentation size: Widescreen 16:9
- The length of presentation:
- Plenary: Total 15 minutes (12 minutes of presentation & 3 minutes of question and answer session)
- Free Paper: Total 10 minutes (7 minutes of presentation & 3 minutes of question and answer session)
- Presentation language:
- Plenary: English
- Free Paper: English or Korean
Poster Presenters [Oral Poster]
Location: Conrad Seoul, Korea
Date: June 12-13, 2026
How to Prepare the Oral Poster Presentation
- Please prepare the presentation using PowerPoint presentation in English.
- Presentation language: English or Korean
- The length of presentation: Total 10 minutes (7 minutes of presentation & 3 minutes of question and answer session)
- Please prepare a E-POSTER for your oral poster presentation based on the information provided below:
- Please utilize the provided PowerPoint presentation template.
- Ensure your presentation fits onto one page and submit it in PDF format.
- Posters must be readable by viewers 1-2 meters away.
- The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
- The poster title, author(s)’s name(s), and affiliation(s) should appear at the top.
- The poster should maintain the same content as your abstract and should not include any audio.
- Please do not print out your poster. There will be no board available for the poster presentation.
- Best Presentation Award awardees will be selected based on the quality of their presentations by the judges of The Liver Week 2026, who shall evaluate the presentation. Best Presentation Award will be awarded on June 13th during the Closing & Award Ceremony.

- Please prepare an E-POSTER for your poster presentation based on the information provided below:
- Please prepare the presentation using PowerPoint presentation in English.
- Please utilize the provided PowerPoint presentation template.
- Ensure your presentation fits onto one page and submit it in PDF format.
